Data Deletion
You can delete your Reelsknot profile and personal data at any time. This page explains how, and what happens next.
Option 1 — Delete from your profile
- Sign in to your account at reelsknot.in/auth.
- Open your Dashboard.
- Go to your creator or brand profile (Setup / Edit).
- Click Delete and confirm.
Option 2 — Request by email
If you cannot sign in, email us from the address on your account and we will delete your data within 30 days.

Include: the email address you used to sign up, and your handle or brand name.
What gets deleted
- Your creator or brand profile and its contents.
- Campaigns you posted (for brands) and campaign applications you submitted (for creators).
- Saved creators, profile views, and connected social-account tokens.
- Your login credentials on request.
What we may retain
- Payment / transaction records held for tax, accounting, and fraud-prevention obligations.
- Basic security and audit logs.
- Messages sent to other users may remain in the other user's inbox as part of their own record of the conversation.
Revoking connected social accounts
When you delete your profile we remove the access tokens we stored. You can additionally revoke Reelsknot's access from each platform:
- Instagram / Facebook: Settings → Apps and Websites → Active → remove Reelsknot.
- YouTube / Google: myaccount.google.com/permissions → remove Reelsknot.
